• Make cash deposit based on the fee schedule provided here and using the bank details provided.

• Click here SUBMISSION SYSTEM to go to our online system.

• New on the system? click “Create New User”. On “Type of applicant role” choose “applicant research ethics committee”

• Once you fill in the “Create New User Form and Submit”. Wait to receive an activation email.

• Once you activate your account “LOGIN”

• Once you login click on “CREATE NEW APPLICATION”

• You will find the form for REGISTRATION

• Receive confirmation of sent and receipt of application from the “SYSTEM”

• Await review and feedback on your application from NHRA Secretariat.

• It takes 10 working days for you to receive feedback from secretariat.

• Wait for your certificate to be emailed to you by the NHRA Secretariat

• Collect your Receipt from NHRA Accounts by emailing znhrasec@nhra.org.zm

• Make follow ups using the secretariat email on znhrasec@nhra.org.zm
