Judith Kayanda Chipili

Judith Kayanda Chipili is a seasoned nursing and midwifery professional with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, education, and regulation in Zambia. She currently serves as Director of Education and Training at the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia, where she leads national initiatives in curriculum development, examinations, and institutional accreditation. She holds a Master’s in Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), reflecting a strong multidisciplinary background. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in developing and reviewing numerous nursing and midwifery curricula, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and advancing continuous professional development programmes nationwide. Her work is complemented by extensive research, policy development, and capacity-building efforts aimed at improving the quality of nursing and midwifery education and practice.
