Ms Masiliso Sitali Chibambo

Masiliso Tabitha Chibambo is the Deputy Chief Parliamentary Counsel in the Legislative Drafting Department of the Ministry of Justice.  Masiliso has 12 years of experience as a Legal Practitioner and 11 years of experience as a Legislative Draftsperson. She holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and Investment, Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and the Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel. She has served on various Boards and Committees since 2016 and is specialised in legislative drafting, legal drafting, client management, rendering legal advice and legal problem analysis and solutions. Her key legal instruments have been in matters relating to Constitutional, health, taxation, energy and family law. 

Outside of work, her hobbies include planning events and engaging in arts and crafts.
